The staff was very helpful. The carpet smelled like mold, and the pool was not clear. It was muddy looking the air conditioner in our room kept rattling and (Maintenance) said it was nothing they could do about it, even though they tried the best part of my state was the staff.

This a nice place to stay with a decent price. Counter staff was very nice. The pool is average- 3ft- 5ft and square. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of variety. Some better fruit options might be a nice addition. Also, more beverage options besides plastic cups of juice. Location is good and close to many places to eat. Put your do not disturb sign on or house keeping will wake you at 9am to see if your still there. You can hear them checking the surrounding rooms by knocking. Kinda frustrating when you are wanting to sleep on in. Otherwise, a clean pace to stay.

Location was good. Too many construction vehicles taking up several parking spots maki it difficult to find spot. There is a clear notice in the room that housekeeping will be provided upon request when staying more than one night. We were disturbed during entire stay. Air conditioning kept going off when sleeping as there is no motion. The summer heat would wake us up then the air will come on. Never could get decent sleep.

The room was clean and in good condition. Was a little worried that street noise from construction in front of the hotel might be an issue, but that was fine. Would suggest that travelers who are bothered by noise may not want to stay on the first floor at the end of the hall as there is an outside access door that guests used frequently to get to the pool. Opened & closed repeatedly until 10:00 pm.

The toilet in my room was clogged and the property refused to let me change my room I drove all the way from ny and ended up having to get a another hotel the same night. Front desk staff Beth was very rude and inconsiderate. She offered for me to plunge the toilet myself. She called the onsite manager and explained the situation. They weren’t able to accommodate me either. We ended up leaving and getting a room at the La Quinta Inn nearby which was very clean and the staff was friendly and polite.

The a/c controls were broke, with the room on arrival extremely cold. The a/c unit was very loud. When requesting a different room so we would not get sick from the cold , we were told it was okay to unplug the unit. She would have maintence check it out tomorrow, which was absolutely no help for us. It was freezing until early morning. At 9:30 on Saturday morning the coffee was all gone, the regular waffle mix was out. There was chocolate mix if you wanted that. Also hot water was out so no tea either. There was two apples in the fruit bowl. There WAS COLD cereal and milk.
