Whether you want to relax or enjoy the beautiful town of Durham and Duke University, you have everything at your fingertips. With fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and free parking, you will have everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Durham. Located in lower income area but very safe, and includes 24/7 outdoor cameras.
The Space:
As you walk into unit 2 of this four-plex, you will find a comfortable living room to relax and watch a movie after exploring Durham during the day. To the right, you will find the kitchen area which is fully stocked for any cooking you may want to do during your stay. On both sides of the unit you will see the two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and equipped with a smart TV in each room. Finally, you will see the full bathroom, stocked with towels and a bathtub shower. Outside, there is parking for two vehicles per reservation.
