+ Rhonda said: " The duplex is on the end of Green Street which is an ethnically diverse working-class area. Neighbors seemed friendly. Several evenings I came from work and all along the street families out in front yards sitting around in chairs/tables socializing. Kids out playing and riding bikes. The area is quiet at night.
