9.6/10 Exceptional! (64 reviews)
This was a nice hotel in a convenient location in Prague, about a half mile from the train station and within 100 yards of the Czech National Museum. Other attractions were within walking distance (but do consider taking a tram to the Castle). Desk staff are multi-lingual and helpful. Generally, front desk staff is available from about 8:30 to 6, so if you're arriving late, do contact the facility ahead of time.

The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.
