Just a wonderful place

Outstanding in all respects. Beautiful unit, great location for the park, hosts were wonderful! Made us homemade muffins and yogurt with berries! Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Wonderful location in a beautiful valley.

The location is lovely, close to Plitvice NP with delicious restaurants very close to the property. The apartment was immaculate, we had everything we needed for our stay. The host greeted us and left us some decadent home made cakes!

Lovely views and host

Apartment was clean, well supplied and has air conditioning. Host kept in touch and was very friendly. Lovely views over the hills and forests with picturesque landscape, lovely sunset and large outdoor seating area.

Owners were super friendly and helpful with the few questions we had. Apartment was very spacious, and had a beautiful view of the valley from both bedrooms. Having 2 bathrooms with showers was a bonus for our family.

Convenient to Plitvice Natl Park

It was raining so we were not able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings but enjoyed our brief stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

A warm welcome

We were greeted immediately by the owner. She showed us the place and we were impressed with the beautiful view! The owner provided fruit, a homemade snack and muffins warm right out of the oven! We felt so welcomed and enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely amazing gem!

We loved our overnight stay here. Wish we had planned to stay longer. The host was very kind meeting us at an early check-in time, to allow us to leave luggage before visiting the National Park. It was comfortable and clean, in beautiful surroundings. Freshly baked muffins were absolutely delicious and a lovely welcoming gesture. Would highly recommend!!

A sweet gem of a place

What a lovely one-night stay we had at Apartment Josipa! It’s such a peaceful location. Liliana brought us homemade strawberry shortcake and muffins- absolutely delicious! The apartment is well- equipped. Would recommend. Make sure you have the correct Apartment Josipa, as there is another one in the area.

Beautiful terrace with 360 view

Exceptionally clean 2 bed 2 bath with all amenities including great terrace with view of beautiful countryside. Watched a thunderstorm develop far away with amazing lightning show. Host greeted us with tasty homemade cakes and apples ready for hiking Plitvice National park close by. Clarification- the park entrance is a 12 min drive (not walk as described in the listing) but parking is easy. Great place!

Great Location

We were traveling to Croatia and decided on apartment Josipa. We arrived at 10 o'clock at night and the owner met us and directed us to the property. I will say that when you first come to the apartment it is not easy to find in the dark. We were lucky and the owner, bless her heart, was following our every move with a flashlight to show us the way. Probably our fault for showing up so late but we got settled in just fine. The owner had made nice treats for us and even included two small bottles of ratija, the national drink of Croatia.The apartment was super clean and only 5-10 mins from Plitvice National Park. We sat on the rooftop deck with drinks and watched the stars. This is a great area and we had a wonderful stay.

Great Stay

Apartment was very clean. Josipa made us a delicious desert which was much appreciated. Only 5 km from Plitvize National Park. Great sitting area on rooftop balcony. Will recommend to friends.

Spotless and Welcoming!

We had a wonderful stay in apartment Josipa. The host was very easy to work with and brought us fresh baked muffins after we checked in. The apartment is spotless and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after our days in Plitvice. Great location and good access to grocery and places to eat. Highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable accommodation near Plitvicka Lakes

The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential home in the rural area near Plitvicka Lakes national park. The hosts live downstairs and are extremely helpful with check-in or any questions you might have during your stay. The two bedroom apartment is modern, very clean and equipped with everything you would need. A perfect place to stay for a night or two when visiting the national park.

Super nette Wohnung mit viel Platz und neu gemachten zwei Bädern. Tolle Natur um die Ecke und 10 Minuten von dem Park entfernt. Die Vermieter sind nett und haben uns mit superleckeren Muffins überrascht. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

La petite maison dans la prairie !

Endroit calme, niché dans la nature de la montagne. Accueillis avec les traditionnels muffins tout droit sortis du four ❤️ Propreté irréprochable. Attention, l'annonce stipule qu'on est à 12 mn à pieds des lacs de Plitvice ... c'est en voiture mais pas à pieds ! Petite supérette de dépannage tout près. Notre interlocuteur était Direct Booker ... une catastrophe en communication ... à fuir (je ne sais pas si il est possible de passer directement par Josipa mais à privilégier si possible car Direct booker ont fait les morts à appels/texto/mail quand j'ai voulu prévenir du changement d'horaire de notre arrivée ... ils m'ont répondu ... le lendemain ... no coment). Je recommande vivement cette location.

Besuch der Plitwitzer Seen

Durch Schneechaos in Österreich sind wir erst spät angekommen und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt: mit Äpfeln, Pralinen und frisch gebackenen Muffins. Die Wohnung war warm, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Als Unterkunft für den Besuch der Plitwitzer Seen ist die Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal!
