"We had a great stay at this lovely property. There was an initial hiccup with access as the gate latch was broken but this was quickly sorted by the manager. The second bedroom is tight for space but functional."

We were not disturbed by noise from the surrounding bars etc. As my group consisted of 3 children age 5 and under we did find fact they could escape from garden around the side to front of property a concern but the information provided did make this known so cannot complain. We did use a piece of timber found to block their escape so might be worth owners considering something more permanent? Only other comment would...

"This property has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable Auckland holiday. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and the 3 spacious bedrooms with large wardrobes with built in shelving (one room had a desk and chair too), 2 1/2 bathrooms (including fantastic large bath in main bathroom) plus laundry. The kitchen was fully equipped and lots of space for 6 at the dining table and in the lounge too. Off road parking for 2 cars was also appreciated. Only comments were that the property was vape...

"We chose to start our second trip to NZ with 4 nights at this house. What a fantastic move. The views are absolutely extraordinary. Fantastic location just a short drive to beautiful Onetangi beach. (Walking path more like a steep hiking trail.) Easy drive to do may wineries, Oneroa etc. inside, the set up was functional and comfortable. Good beds, showers, well equipped kitchen. The management agency Waiheke Unlimited, is terrific."

The location & privacy you have was what we wanted & it was just an overall awesome experience to have stayed here. The pool & sea views 😍 so spacious & clean. Self check in & check out was prompt & straightforward. The owner & cleaners were very cool with us checking out an hour late.
