And even after the third time ask it was delivered. If this breakfast was charged 750 rs per person by hotels.com, I would say this was my last booking with hotels.com. The stay experience was not satisfactory. Wrong decision that I made to stay + including breakfast option. If there would be an option of refund I would say to refund at least breakfast charges. Te kettle, glasses provided all were dirty. Toilet was stinky with stains in the pot. "
