"Something very unusual: Most rooms don't have a window to the outside. Instead, the window goes to the hallway. To secure your privacy you have to close the curtains all day. No daylight at all. Other than that it's a good hotel with some patina."

Organised a taxi from the train station, driver Babloo, was a godsend given the chaos outside the station Met by Aman at reception and Ashish who took our bags to our rooms Friendly, efficient and receptive to all our needs Aman organised our guide, Muhammad, who was knowledgeable and a great asset whilst visiting Taj Mahal & Agra Fort Aman’s mother, Rajanna is a fantastic cook and we had the most wonderful vegetarian food with hot chapatis Breakfast with parathas is a must, served by the smiling Saif Rooftop bar with views of Taj Mahal at sunset was the icing on the cake Thanks for the memories "

"That stay was a complete disaster. It felt like a scam from the very beginning—the actual location was nothing like what was shown on Expedia. The place didn’t meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or service. The bed was broken, the toilet was rusty and damaged, and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty. They moved me to another hotel from the same chain, but the conditions were exactly the same. I wasn’t able to sleep there even for a single night. I ended up booking another hotel on my own, and I lost the money I had already paid."
