Blue House Dream -Cozy apartment 3 minutes from the sea

Welcome to Blue House Dream, a charming apartment located in the heart of Marina di Ragusa. If you’re looking for a holiday that combines the relaxation of Sicily’s golden beaches with the comfort of a modern, fully equipped home, this is the perfect choice. Just 300 metres from the main beach, our apartment will let you leave your car behind and enjoy the sea in total freedom.
What do you like about your place?
What I love most is how bright the rooms are and the gorgeous terrace with a view of the city. It’s the ideal place to start the day with breakfast outdoors or to relax in the evening while breathing in the salty sea air. The apartment is cosy yet extremely functional, furnished to make every guest feel pampered and at ease from the very first moment.
What sets your property apart?
Blue House Dream stands out for its attention to detail and the amenities included:
Unbeatable Location: Just 300 metres from the sea—one of the shortest and most convenient distances in the entire area.
Outdoor Spaces: A private, fully equipped terrace to enjoy the Sicilian climate.
Technology and Comfort: Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: A dining area and kitchen complete with all the utensils needed for those who love to prepare local dishes on their own.
What will guests appreciate about your area?
Staying here means being immersed in one of Sicily’s most beloved beach destinations:

The Beach: The coastline of Marina di Ragusa is famous for its fine sand and shallow waters, which are also ideal for families.
History and Culture: In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the legendary Donnafugata Castle (14 km) or explore the Baroque architecture of the Val di Noto, such as nearby Marina di Modica.
Easy Access: Comiso Airport is only 27 km away, making arrival and departure quick and easy.
What’s your favourite spot within walking distance of your accommodation?
Without a doubt, the Andrea Doria Promenade. Since it’s just 300 metres from the property, I love recommending a sunset stroll towards the Marina. It’s a lively area, full of bars, artisanal ice cream shops, and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh seafood on the Iblean coast—all within easy walking distance of your accommodation.
