Villa Il Melograno is located in the picturesque Val di Noto in southeastern Sicily, surrounded by Baroque towns like Ragusa Ibla, Modica, and Scicli, all UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Marina di Ragusa, with its golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, is just 3 km away. This modern villa, part of a cluster of seven terraced properties, features contemporary design, sustainable materials, and solar energy. Large French windows create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, offering a bright and airy atmosphere for relaxation. Please note: the villa is connected to the adjacent Villa Carrubbo. If both villas are booked together, it is possible to go from one villa to the other not only through the main entrances, but also via a lockable door located in the garden.
Interior:
The villa spans a single floor, covering 80 sq m. GROUND FLOOR - Open-plan living area with lounge, smart tv, and dining table; compact kitchen with garden access; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; second bedroom with bunk beds for four; bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. An external staircase leads to a roof terrace with a hot tub, offering panoramic views.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a 250 sq m garden bordered by walls covered with climbing plants. The flat lawn is interspersed with lemon trees and flowering shrubs, while tiled terraces and paths lead to the solarium area. French windows from the living area open onto a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture. Parking is available just outside the pedestrian gate, with space for two cars.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool, located just steps from the house, measures 9.5 x 3.5 m with a depth of 1.2 m; chlorine purification; internal and external lighting; submerged steps for easy access. The surrounding pool terrace is paved and equipped with sunbeds, while a cold-water shower is located on the lawn. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
