Holiday Home 'Chibao House' with Private Pool, Mountain View, Garden and Wi-Fi
Located in Ragusa, 'Chibao House' offers guests beautiful mountain views and a glimpse of a local landmark. Spread over 3 floors, the property features a fully equipped 25 m² kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, safe, and fridge, plus 5 additional bathrooms and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 10 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and a smart TV in every bedroom. While there is no indoor living area, you will find an outdoor lounge space perfect for summer months.
The private outdoor area includes a pool (with an unheated whirlpool integrated into the main pool), garden, 2 covered terraces, balcony, and barbecue. There is also an external bathroom. The private pool is free of charge, open from June 15 to October 1, and located across the street; guests must cross the road to access it.
Street parking on yellow resident lines is free with a reserved card if available; a public garage is about 250 m away. Pets are allowed. Security cameras and audio recording devices are on site. Recycling rules apply; further details are provided on site. Airport transfer to/from Comiso or Catania is available on request for an additional fee. Car rental is available on request for an additional fee.

Family Vacation
Our stay on the property was beautiful. Great communication with the owner. Only thing to know is that the pool is across the street on the owners property. Everything is well kept. People there are friendly. If you rent a car streets are narrow.

Fantastic in every way!
First of all, Davide was an incredible host. He met us as we arrived, brought us to his garage and gave us his spot (note: many places in Sicily do not have parking). Davide showed us everything we needed to know about “Chibao” which means Bed and Breakfast In Italian. We were a group of 5 women. We had 5 bedrooms. All with private bath, refrigerators, and even flat screened tvs! We had a well-equipped kitchen, and the view was lovely. We even went across where the pool is and enjoyed the scenery and a picnic. A perfect place to stay while enjoying all that Ragusa and it’s surroundings have to offer! Loved it! Thank you, Davide!
