The room was very clean and everything that a traveler may need is in the room.The price is affordable.The staff are very helpful,polite and courteous.The location is easy to find.

We stayed in an 'annex' across the road from the main hotel. Whilst the entrance to the annex felt very uninviting, the room itself was perfectly acceptable. We had booked for 3 adults - there was a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and a small outside area which suited the one of us who is a smoker! The air conditioning was very welcome because there was a heatwave, nearing 40C. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate if not too elaborate. Would recommend and would stay there again. The location was good.

Room clean but very warm. Some works were ongoing but caused little disruption. Will stay again.

Family suite is two rooms. Ours was great and had a wonderful balcony. Can get very hot, but they gave us fans. It is within walking distance of the touristy areas and near the metros. Easy to get to from Zuid trains station. Brussels is a see it once and that is enough. But easy to get out to Bruges and Ghent. If we went back to Brussels we would consider this hotel.

Hôtel bien placé dans Bruxelles et personnel sympathique. La peinture de la chambre est un peu défraichie et les matelas sont durs avec des ressorts. Les murs ne sont pas très bien insonorisés et on entend tout dans les corridors. La piscine est bien entretenue, mais très petite de style pataugeoire. Un hôtel correct pour une nuit, mais cher par rapport à la prestation.
