"The room was very clean. Included a microwave a small refrigerator, AC or heat. The bathroom had a blow dryer a large counter top bright lighting and good water pressure. There was a large TV with lots of channels a small table with couple chairs. There was an area to hang your clothes or wet towels. A large dresser too. It was quiet, although the middle of May, so not quite the busy time of year here in New Hampshire. Would definitely use the Newport Motel again :)"

"I stayed here the weekend of 9/22/23. The property looked as pictured. It was clean and suited my family of 3. It is not handicap accessible since there is a step outside the entrance, as well as 4 or 5 steps inside to get to the kitchen and bathroom.
