"Charming, secluded countryside property with a lakeside view. Note that “pet friendly” means pets can stay in rooms but not in lobby or restaurant. It rained when we visited so we were very grateful the breakfast team allowed us to dine in an alcove room far from other guests, with our dog. Lovely hot tubs and sauna must be booked for an hour and paid for separately. I would love to come back in better weather to really enjoy the lake and grounds."

I understand that renovations are being done but they should inform the customers. Also the kitchen was closed when I arrived at the hotel even though it should have been open according to the schedule. Really bad service!"
