"Houssem is an excellent host! He showed us around the property when we got there and ensured we have everything we needed. We visited Bizerte for the first time and stayed for a couple of nights. He helped us with local food and beach recommendations. I had an unfortunate event with my car and Houssem helped me find local help! I cannot be more grateful! "Great staff, they were very helpful with room service left out window open all day and upgraded us to a suit. But overall expect extreme tourist pricing on everything else. AC had problems all over the building. No actual beach access. Do yourself a favour and just go to Greece or Italy. "
