"Had a great stay at ‘Riverside Charm’. The place was great for my family. Shops, restaurants and beach are all easily walkable. Nice outdoor area. Kids room with bunks was really great. Will look for availability again next time we’re planning a trip to Barwon Heads. "

"The property was very well presented. The shower in the ensuite was a bit different with nowhere to hang the shower head and no outdoor seating area. Parking was easy and everything you needed was provided in the kitchen."
"Upon arrival, my husband had to clean the barbecue before cooking our dinner, one of the blinds fell off the window and the hot water ran out but it was the bedding on offer that was the biggest disappointment. Not one mattress was comfortable and even the kids asked to sleep on the couch. The location was good and we fell in love with Barwon Heads. We will definitely be back but not to Veuve cottage. "

loved the sound proof playroom with lots of toys for our grand kids to play with. Would stay here again.
However when listed with a heated pool that pool should be heated.I paid extra for the pool compared to other houses in the area. They did try and fix it over the weekend but i believe it should have been checked prior to us arriving
Also had a chef come in and cook dinner for us but there wasn't enough wine glasses for us all.
When renting with bedding for 12 people there should be 12 matching glassware"
