"Check in was quick, easy and friendly staff. Room was clean, quiet with a comfortable bed. Love the soaps, hair products in the bathroom, hot, high pressure shower. High quality linens and and towels. Easy parking directly in the hotel. Centrally local directly in the heart of Bristol, lots of options for dining. Didn’t use any of the amenities of the hotel so cannot comment on that. If you’re sensitive to smells the hallways, entry, elevator does high a high level or perfume or floral pumped in the air. It’s better than it smelling bad but it does smell strong. However you don’t smell any of this in your room. "

"The hotel has been recently renovated and looks amazing, while keeping the original charm of the place. The restaurant and bar has such a cosy but vibrant atmosphere, with a brilliant menu (delicious) and such kind staff. Every single person who we met was friendly, and we felt so welcomed - as was our dog! Will stay again."
