Villa Airone Tegoni, Pool, Radicondoli

Villa Airone is located within the Tenuta di Tegoni estate in Radicondoli.
The hillside position of the property and the surrounding vegetation ensure a holiday immersed in nature, with unforgettable views of horses grazing in the fields and sunsets over the medieval village of Radicondoli.

Built with an original design, the villa is eco-sustainable, surrounded by natural vegetation and an organic olive grove. The house is set on one level and features a large furnished terrace, a heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming system, and a solarium area for relaxation.

From Villa Airone, you can easily organize day trips to Siena and Pisa, visit the Etruscan Coast with its charming villages of Baratti and Populonia, or take your children to the Geothermal Museum in Larderello. Guests can also enjoy horseback riding lessons at the estate’s stables or take a beautiful guided ride through the countryside.
The Tenuta di Tegoni offers many experiences, including cooking classes, private chefs, trekking, and mountain biking trails.

The garden surrounding the villa extends over about 4,000 square meters and is beautifully maintained, mostly covered with lawn and dotted with tall broom plants framing the natural pond located in front of the outdoor dining area and pool. The pond reaches a depth of 2.5 meters at the center and it is not suitable for swimming. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and private.

The outdoor dining area is shaded by large sails covering the space where a table, chairs, and a professional barbecue are provided — perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. The estate covers 10 hectares of land, most of which is available for long horseback rides through the enchanting Tuscan landscape — a true retreat for body and soul.


The swimming pool is located on one side of the villa. It is rectangular (7 x 3 m), with saltwater purification, counter-current technology, a depth of 1.30 m, and Roman steps for easy access. It is surrounded by a perfectly kept lawn, dotted with tall trees and broom plants, and offers a magnificent view of the Metalliferous Hills and the Val d’Elsa.
The solarium around the pool is equipped with sunbeds and a shower with hot water. The pool, which can be heated, is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October and has internal lighting.

Heated pool upon request: €71 per day in April, May, September, and October. €31 per day in June, July, and August.
Note: Please be aware that photo shoots are usually taken in spring; therefore, the colors and blooms of gardens, lawns, and parks may differ at the time of your stay.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The main entrance opens directly onto the living area with a suspended central fireplace, the dining room, and the open-plan kitchen. There are also two greenhouses for ornamental plants, a bathroom for disabled guests with a shower, and another bathroom with double facilities (toilet and washbasin). From the central body of the villa, two symmetrical apartments extend on either side, each consisting of a TV room, three bedrooms — two double rooms and one twin room (one of which can be arranged as a double) — all with direct access to the garden, and two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
