"We were assigned a deluxe room with a single king size bed.
1. The room had (all the rooms) a namesake electronic keypad locker that opens with a common locker key. We were forced not to keep anything valuable in the room and had to carry our valuables all the time.
2. The moment we entered the bathroom We found that the bucket is broken and it didn't have a soap stand.
3. This room didn't have a fridge as well.
4. We asked for a change of room. They gave it instantly. It left us wondering why we were not given it in the first place. This room was only a slight improvement. It had a fridge and the bathroom as slightly better. We decided to stay the night in the new room. It still had the locker with a common key. The keypad was just for namesake and for show off.
5. We put some left overs in the fridge (New room). Next morning when we opened we found that the fridge is not turned on at all which was shocking. When we called the amenities guy (who came over and looked) he said that the plug cable of the fridge doesn't fit in the plug socket provided for the room. Hotel also said they don't have any spare portable fridges.
The ac remote was broken and we still had no control over how it worked. We were left thankful that the ac worked atleast in the hot summer.
Well, with all these things, I definitely wouldn't call this a 3 star hotel for amenities. Staff were great.
The restaurant food was ok. Breakfast was certainly non continental, but definitely ok and eatable."
