Convenient to VT, Radford and shopping!

Clean, convenient to VT which is why we were in town. Quiet neighborhood and close to a great grocery store that had everything we needed. Great wine, beer and drink selection. Host was responsive and communicative before and during our stay.

PhD graduation trip

We enjoyed our brief stay at the property where we found everything we needed including an iron. The property was spotless, neighborhood was close to Virginia Tech (20 minutes) and check in was easy.

Property was nicely taken care of and convenient to the surrounding colleges. Very comfortable beds and nice family room and kitchen space. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!

Great stay for VT football weekend!

The house exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort! It suited our family well for our stay. About ~25-30 min to downtown Blacksburg. Only “downside” is the water pressure could have been better.

Perfect Spot for Radford Graduation

Quick trip to Radford for graduation. Had a few issues with internet and plumbing upon arrival which were resolved promptly and efficiently. Very convenient access to Radford and nice place for family to be together.

We had a wonderful stay here while we were moving our freshman into Virginia Tech. House was very clean, great beds, good a/c, hot showers, strong wi-if, comfortable and great communication with the manager!

VT football weekend

We had a great stay for the weekend. 5-6 adults had plenty of room and it was not too far from VT. Home was super clean and several people commented how nice the bed linens were. Rick checked in during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. We will look to stay again

VT Family Weekend

This house was perfect for our family weekend! It was close to VT for the football game. It was exceptionally clean with like new interior. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything needed to cook. We grilled out using the gas grill. We would definitely stay again!

Great Home to Rent!

Rick's place was the perfect place for my family to stay during VT graduation weekend! It is as nice as all of the listing photos. The 3 bedrooms were all good size with very comfortable mattresses and nice bedding. Rick was great with communication, and check-in was super easy. I really appreciate that Rick did not gouge the price of our stay, which so many of the other listings and hotels did for graduation weekend. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely look to stay here. Thank you, Rick, for your hospitality!

This property is exactly as it shows in the listing. The property is well maintained and filled our need to be close to Virginia Tech for Home coming weekend. Quick access to food store and highways.

Comfortable Quiet and Lots of Pillows!

Small well organized older 2-bedroom house. It seems to be recently updated. Well stocked with kitchen a equipment. Comfortable beds and tons of pillows and towels. We liked the aquatic center at Christiansburg! The nearby Salvadoran restaurant was very tasty..Convienent to Blacksberg and VT.

Great VT location

Three couples stayed for a VT game. Great location with plenty of restaurants and grocery store very close. Easy getting to and from Lane Stadium (about 20 mins). Home has been nicely renovated and is very clean and comfortable with many special attentions to detail. Nice beds and linens! It allowed us to all spend more time together instead of being in separate hotel rooms. We were able to fix breakfast before heading to tailgate and the kitchen was well equipped. Owner/Rick was great and he reached out to us several times to ensure we had everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to return ourselves!

Nice property!

Able to enjoy college tours and football game. Close to Radford and not too far from Virginia Tech. Home looked as advertised on the pictures, 3 Queen bedrooms and was nicely updated. I thought the beds were very comfortable. Sheets were placed on each bed for us to make up, which was fine, I actually prefer it that way. Home was clean, but we would occasionally still run into cobwebs. Plenty of comfortable seating so we could hang out, it was the perfect place for our stay.

Radford Ranch

This cute ranch home offered all the comforts of home. The kitchen had the basics-coffee, filters, sugar and powder creamer. The owner was very thoughtful and provided us with a basket of snacks and a bottle of Bubbly! We were celebrating a College Graduation-Thanks Again for a wonderful stay in Radford. The drive to VT was under 30 minutes and highway access. We have stayed in other homes in very remote locations making the drive to events more challenging. Great location. Grocery store just down the road.

Great residence that met all of our needs for the weekend. Host was very quick with responses to questions. Location was nearby to local Universities and very easy to get to. We liked all of the little baskets filled with extra toiletries and even a first aid basket. The host thought of everything to make it even more of an enjoyable visit. Will definitely keep this site in mind on future visits to the area.

Really great property. The host thought of everything, including toiletry items in the bathroom you may have forgotten, snacks in the kitchen, water, and ice packs. We were visiting our son at VT during a football weekend. This home allowed us to bring our adult children together to and enjoy some family time while offering convenient access to the VT campus. While I didn’t take any photos of the house during our stay, I can offer that it is as it appears and possibly even cuter than the photos. We were quite comfortable!

Really nice property - quite comfortable and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the thoughtful touches including the snack basket and bath amenities. Very high quality bedding and linens. Very comfortable pillows and higher end furniture. Easy quick little drive to Virginia Tech but we were impressed by Radford offerings. Great dinner at Bee and Butter. Awesome afternoon at Long View Brewing. Potential highlight of trip was visit to River City Distilling with live music and terrific cocktails. All within five minutes of our front door. Backyard cornhole after VT game was a ton of fun. Terrific communication with host and easy check in and out. Highly recommended.

Great stay for VT Graduation Weekend

This house was really good! Enough space for all 6 of us, and room in the living room if we needed to fit air mattresses. The kitchen was well-stocked for us to cook a few meals. The living room had enough seating for us to hang around and to watch some TV. We were glad to have the laundry available. We enjoyed playing cornhole under the carport. Of what was listed and what we went in expecting, there wasn’t anything missing or any complaints we had. Rick was also super responsive both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this listing!
