"Great hotel "

"It seems like the last couple of times I have been here it has gone downhill. It’s small things like not getting a complimentary bottle of water anymore at check-in, or not having any paper towels in my room. (Which happened on my most recent visit) I want to keep coming back here but it needs to improve. "

"Clean room close to interstate. Easy Parking. Towels had holes. Missing a pillowcase. Faucet dripped all night. Blurry standard def TV. Asked for a 50 dollar security deposit which they never refunded until getting my bank involved. Would not stay again. "

"Wonderful dining choices that we could easily walk to, and campus was just a short walk too. Our room was very clean and huge! Easy parking as well. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place Blacksburg!"
