"Beautiful place with exceptional service and facilities. We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright. Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner. Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Center. I highly recommend this place."

"The breakfast was very good with vegan and lactose intolerant options so worth the price. Underground parking was convenient though there is paid parking across the street, too. We walked to dinner and a bit further one can walk to downtown. "

"It was a nice hotel with smiling and helpful staff. There was very small refrigerator in room but it is very slow about its job. Otherwise everything in room was good and clean including bed comfort. Breakfast was fairly good but could have more options or hot additions. I would recommend this hotel"
