"This rental does not include sheets, towels. You have to ask and pay for it when you check in. To find out where to check in was another job and it’s located 5 blocks away. The place is dark, musty, very old. All beds are bunk beds. Some roaches. We won’t come back."
"This is an old hotel but very clean and staff is very polite and helpful. It was very quiet. Park right at your room so very nice. Restsuarnts close by. Pool waa great. Not far from beach. Reasonable priced for steps from the beach. Bathroom and showerr was very small but clean."

"We stayed for 4 nights during our beach trip. My daughter and my 2 granddaughters 5 and 18months the hotel is located pretty close to everything and the staff was helpful and courteous, our room was clean and beds were comfortable."

"The Broad Street Property was perfect for our trip. The home was clean and well organized. The bedrooms were spacious for two couples and a teen. The bathrooms and main living area were also comfortable and clean. The location was excellent - just a few blocks from Front Street, restaurants, shopping and the ferry. We went to Atlantic Beach everyday, just 15 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property and am already planning to return. "

"Great location and facilities. For wheelchair access you have to park in the driveway to the restaurant, unload then move the vehicle to your parking spot. Front door threshold is hard to get across. Everything else was great. Wish we had that shower at home. "

"This was absolutely the best rental we have ever done with VRBO! Nadia communicated clearly from the start and was on top of every question we had. The condo had everything we could have asked for and more. The grounds were beautiful and provided something for everyone in our family. Our teen girls loved lounging at the pool, while our son loved fishing in the lake. This vacation was wonderful and we will be back!"
