Newly built house located just 100 meters from the wonderful sea of Salento, on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining room, air conditioning, TV, outdoor showers, mosquito nets, washing machine, large outdoor area equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Free enclosed on-site parking. Road closed to traffic, quiet and convenient. Very close to only 100mt supermarkets, shops of all kinds, bars, medical guard, night and daytime entertainment venues, pizzerias, large playground and cycle path, bus stop, bike and scooter rental. It has an independent entrance. Animals are welcome. House totally accessible to disabled people.

Torre Suda is a seaside destination in the Ionian Salento, never too chaotic, characterized by an extremely clear and clean sea, by small natural bays along the coast and by the presence all around the characteristic Mediterranean scrub. Located just south of Gallipoli, it is often chosen as a destination for your holidays, also thanks to the proximity to the famous town of Salento, by those who want to avoid too much chaos. The coast is characterized by low rocks, easy to access, where there are some equipped beaches, therefore it is suitable for those who love reef or fishing, presenting a crystal clear sea and flat cliff, it is easy to access even for children and the shallows they allow underwater fishing or snorkeling. In summer, various events, popular festivals and festivals are organized, which enliven the starry nights, the program of which can be consulted at the offices of the proloco.
