The staff are absolutely awesome! "Unhappy with how some of the staff treated me after I had a necklace misplaced from my hotel room. They first blamed me for misplacing it, then said that the vacuum from the cleaners could’ve sucked it up. "

"We stayed with extended family for a week at Vincenzo’s place. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. The place was very clean and thee outside areas were wonderful. We had one. Or two problems with the water and pool during our stay but our hosts responded and put things right quickly. Two minor negatives for us. The lack of kitchen equipment (there were 9 in our party but minimal bowls, lack of serving spoons, sharp knives, chopping board etc.). Also we found the beds to be hard and some hat uncomfortable. This could be personal taste.The town was very quiet but we managed to find a few places to eat. Bubba restaurant was particularly good."
