gate. At the back, it also has a direct exit to the cliff in front,
which is low and accessible for bathing.

large and well-kept, equipped for spending time outdoors, large gazebo
under whose shade there are table and chairs, deck chairs, rocking
chair, outdoor lounge and children`s games.
The cottage is
developed on the ground floor and consists of: living room with
air-conditioned dining and sitting room with panoramic sea view window,
kitchen with sea view, 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. Additional 2 beds are on single sofas in the living room.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
