"A very comfortable Riad. Very well equipped room, with an electric kettle, a supply of good Moroccan tea. Wardrobe with hangers, working heater, clean sheets, towels changed daily. Comfortable bed. Very nice room decorated in Arabian style. WiFi works very well. The room had two patio windows and a private bathroom. A delicious breakfast was served daily. "It is a fairly pleasant hotel with the most staff people I've ever seen, seemingly eager to help you. It's almost fawning. But there are holes. The rooms have lovely light fixtures which manage to cover up most of the light sources. With EVERYTHING turned on, the room is extremely dark. Plus odd 'amenities.' Like, there's a hot water pot in the room, but no coffee or cups to use with it. When I asked for some, they looked at me like I was nuts, provide cups and offered to room service me coffee...

The problem was the Wi-Fi in the room that wasn’t working - only in corridors or in the reception. The crew tried to solve the Wi-Fi problem changing the room but without succeeding.
