"When we arrived around 3:20 pm we went to the room and it wasn’t ready and really dirty. Trash in the hallway. It is the nastiest place I’ve ever been. Gave the desk clerk the key and told him the room was too nasty to stay in. Tried to give us another room but we had already seen enough. He said he couldn’t give a refund that he had to check with manager. If I don’t receive a refund I will never book through Expedia again. Had to use a pass key to get in the door to go to the room. That was good. Right around the corner from the elevator the door was propped open with a door stop. Didn’t feel too safe after that. You need to get someone to check out these places that you recommend renting. "

And when I reported and requested a call back from management, I waited, but nothing. This property was a poor reflection of Hilton, and definitely not a good impression of Prattville accommodations.
