⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Experience – Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Breakfast Service! I had a wonderful stay at GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality, especially from the breakfast restaurant team. The breakfast service was absolutely outstanding! Every morning, the restaurant staff greeted guests with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and attentive service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail made breakfast such a pleasant experience. You can truly feel how much they care about their guests. I would especially like to recognize Hanna, the manager, for her exceptional professionalism, leadership, and hospitality. She is incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Her outstanding service and the way she leads her team deserve special recognition. A beautiful hotel is always nice, but it’s the people who make a stay unforgettable. Hanna and the entire breakfast restaurant team are truly an asset to this hotel! Thank you, Hanna and the wonderful restaurant team, for making my stay so special. All the staff particularly Chun were so helpful with all our questions including where to eat and shop. The hotel is located in a great location, easy walk to train street and many of the main attractions. Definately coming back to stay.
