Great location in a central area, especially for a first time visit to Taipei. The staff was really friendly and helpful, gave us some suggestions for things to do around the city and helped us with laundry. We had a windowless room (common in Taipei) and had no complaints. The air conditioning worked well and the room was small but comfortable for a couple.

A well-appointed, well-run luxury property. The staff were all attentive, from opening the door every time we entered, to the check-in person, to the breakfast buffet waiters. The breakfast buffet is truly wonderful: a wide selection of fresh items, made-to-order omelets, and a variety of beverages. The location of the hotel is convenient as well, close to bus stops and metro stations. I highly recommend!

I stayed for a week here, the staff was professional from start to finish, my room was well maintained and the amenities were worth using, the location was also convenient as it's across the street from the MRT. Special mention to Rachel, Moe and Jane. These three were very friendly and helpful to my stay here and made my stay at Taiwan even better.
