"The amstar service for booking trips was easy and amazing and we did our excursions planning day by day for the next day. The staff is IMPRESSIVE, everyone there speaks 6+ languages and I can’t speak anything other than my native language. The staff is kind, nice, hospitable. Francis, one of the entertainers was AMAZING. We would seek him out for fun, dancing, chatting. All of it. We had a great time and it isn’t just the property but the people are genuinely kind. "

"The staff is wonderful! They keep the hotel very clean and are available at frint desk 24 hrs. Many food options on the same street as hotel and right across the street from the beach. Gyom restaurant and the Boathouse are excellent for seafood at reasonable prices. The people are very friendly. It helps to have a translator on your phone if you don't speak Spanish. There is a strong police & guard presence in boca chica as they are keeping crime down. Definately fealt safe. We would stay here again."
