"The toilets, bathtubs, and showers were overflowing upon arrival. I reached out to the host and was assured that a plumber was coming to address the situation. No plumber showed up. I spent the whole time cleaning up urine and feces! It completely ruined the whole time I spent hundreds of dollars ..."
