- Located in the calm of the bocages of Burgundy, in a village in the Armançon valley, our gîte (3 épis gite de France, classified 4 stars ministry in charge of tourism) with an area of 120 m2 and even feet welcomes you warmly and in all simplicity in a green setting surrounded by forests and rivers.
Built in 2017 and completed in 2018 on a 700 m2 plot facing south, this gite for 6 people includes 3 bedrooms, an independent WC, a large bathroom, a kitchen with island, fully equipped, open to a bright living room / living room directly on the 70 m2 terrace, a 30 m2 tiled garage and private parking.

Maison très agréable , bien équipée et décorée avec goût, bien située pour visiter la région
Très bon accueil . Cette maison est neuve et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bons moments en famille. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une bonne literie. L'espace de vie est très agréable et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Le garage attenant permet de ranger toutes nos affaires.
L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la bourgogne : le canal, le site d'Alésia, l'abbaye de Fontenay , la ville de Montbard avec son centre aquatique, le village de Quincerot est agréable avec ses lavoirs et promenades à proximité. Nous recommandons vivement.
