The house is ideally located in Quimperlé, in a very pleasant setting, with the living rooms opening onto the garden facing due south. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

- A large national forest 3 minutes away by car, also accessible by bike if you bring your own.
