Welcome to "Sous les Toits" (Under the Roofs), a 37 m² apartment located on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a typical building in the historic centre of Quimper, on Rue du Sallé. Completely renovated in 2025, it offers a warm and comfortable setting, with an unobstructed view over the rooftops and narrow streets of the city centre, including Place au Beurre. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room. It is also possible to accommodate 2 adults accompanied by 2 young children. Located under the eaves, the accommodation retains its old-world charm with exposed beams and a cosy atmosphere, while offering the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped (hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, utensils), making meal preparation easy. Bed linen, towels, and basic supplies (soap, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, etc.) are provided. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The accommodation also features Wi-Fi and a television. Family equipment (cot, high chair, baby bath) can be provided upon request. Self check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is until 11 am. Early arrival or late departure may be offered depending on availability.
