"Excellent staff, always friendly & helpful. Outstanding location one block from historical centre. Lovely spacious room, modern bathroom. The only negative: parking is not €10/day. The parkade next to the hotel allows 15 min free. But a full day is €16.50 = €33 for 2 days. Luckily street parking up a hill as suggested by reception. . "We were welcomed by reception staff, all information was explained in detail (en français). The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable and as described. We had a ground floor apartment with a terrace screened off from the parking area. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, again as advertised. "

"We enjoyed our stay in the Douarnenez area and the hotel provided a pleasant base to enjoy it from. Breakfast was good and the evening meal very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful . The accommodation in the annex was clean, comfortable and quiet. The condition of the building that your hardworking staff was housed in, shocked us as it looked dilapidated. This also impacts on guests such as ourselves, whose rooms looked onto it from the annex. Quite a difference from the views from the main building."

"I particularly liked the staff who were all very friendly. There was one in particular who was a model employee but I have forgotten his name. He did everything. Worked at the front desk, bar, kitchen, and he was very fast. He transferred our heavy suitcases with a smile and no fuss. His employer should be very proud of him. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and by the water."
