For a 1 night stop over it does fine. The rooms are very small, but adequate. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is what you'd expect in a 2* stop over. But as I say, it does a quick stop, conveniently located adequately.

A typical BB hotel on the edge of an industrial estate. In a perfect location just off the main road with a 'Flunch' within walking distance for food.

Good place to sleep.
Spacious enough room to accommodate 1 double + 2 single beds yet had own space. Nice to have own bathroom in room. Clean and tidy. After hours gate caused some confusion when it wouldn't open (someone had pressed the stop button in and so it didn't open). Not too far from town.

Such a shame.
Tiny but nicely decorated room. Not much works, though: no plug in sink, when I asked for one was told they hadn't had time to replace it. Lightbulbs not replaced. Coffee and tea sachets not replaced. Tried the restaurant- awful. Should have known as there was only one other customer from a full hotel! What a shame; it could be brilliant in spite of the tiny room. My advice would be go elsewhere.
