"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"We loved this beautiful apt. and loved the location. The apt. is large and bright and we had everything we needed. We loved walking across the river and thru the beautiful park to get to the castle. Richard was so friendly and helpful and we want to go back again for sure. The terrace is also wonderful--wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. If you are going to Carcassonne please stay here at this apt. You will love it!!! Thank you, Richard"

"We had a beautiful, large room with a canopy bed. All the furniture was elegant and antique in style. We had a huge bathroom with double sinks. The room came with robe and slippers. Our room was on the second floor reached by a spiral stone staircase. They brought our luggage to the room. Dinner is available and we enjoyed our meal in a stone walled room. Breakfast was served there too. It has a lovely courtyard where they served drinks. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend staying here. "
