"Auf dem ersten Blick ein schönes Haus. Auf dem zweiten Blick sind einige Mängel aufgefallen. Die weiße Bettwäsche hatte schmutzige Stellen. Bei dem Metallbett fehlte eine Zwischenstrebe am Fußende. In einigen Türen und Fenstern waren kein Fliegengitter mehr vorhanden. Die Spülmaschine lief in Dauerabpumpen und musste vom Strom genommen werden. Für das Geld und die Kaution die wohl nicht mehr zurück kommt, weil die Nebenkosten damit verrechnet werden viel zu teuer."
