"The location of this hotel was centrally located and right in the Riverwalk. The people were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and we lived the layout with the sitting room separated from the bedroom. The hotel seemed a bit older but it was clean and we had everything we needed. "

Amenities are incredible, two pools, one that has the view of the city, three hot tubs, and the breakfast options and the meal breaks they provide are nothing short of a resort style amenity. "The rooms were impeccably clean, with every corner meticulously attended to, creating a refreshing atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was superb, providing a revitalizing shower experience. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Keep in mind that being in downtown means you'll likely hear the sounds of traffic, the rumble of trash trucks, and the occasional wail of emergency vehicles, particularly during the vibrant Fiesta season. However, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, within a leisurely stroll of the Historic Marketplace, the charming La Villita, and the scenic Riverwalk."

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the tv had streaming you can sign into, which was a plus, the air conditioner worked great. It's an aged hotel, but you can see their efforts to upgrade and keep it nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay there. It was peaceful. ;-). The shower was nice and clean as well. Be sure to have the 100$ refundable deposit and be sure to sign out of streaming services you sign into on the tv. The price was great! Oh, and exit on Rittiman and stay left to make it there safely and take the entrance off the expressway. If you turn right on the road next to the hotel, then you'll have to go all the way around back to the expressway and try again because the gate entrance on that side is locked. ;-)"

"The Hotel is in a great location. That’s all it has going for it. No one at check in told me I had to call to get my room cleaned. I called to Housekeeping Friday morning and was told they would clean it. But they didn’t come until 5pm. I was taking a nap and told them to just leave some towels. Very disappointing for the amount I paid for the room! I would appreciate some amount of money for the inconvenience "
