It includes :

- living room with sofa and TV,
- equipped kitchen (cooking plates, oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine),
- Bedroom with bed of 140cm,
- bathroom,
- toilets separated,
Balcony with garden furniture. Parking n°45.
Access to the swimming pool of the residence from Mid-june to Mid-september.
Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26 of september 2026.
