Superb apartment of about 40m² for 4 people located in the quiet residence of the Parc du Bois d'Amour with swimming pool. Beach and shops 1 km.
It includes:
- An entrance with cupboard,
- A living room/lounge with sofa bed 160 cm, table, chairs and TV,
- An open and equipped kitchen (fridge + freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster),
- A shower room with toilet.
Upstairs:
- A mezzanine with a bed of 140 cm.
Balcony overlooking the pool and furniture. Accommodation with duvets. Private parking no. 35. Pets refused.
Access to the swimming pool of the residence from mid-June to mid-September.
Drinks included (35€/week) except from 23 May to 26 September 2026.
Optional: end of stay cleaning 80 €. Linen rental, childcare equipment, minibox wifi.
