Farm cottage between land and sea

  • On the road leading to the sea (4 km), fully independent single-storey gite, located in a farmhouse opposite the owners' house. Former barn completely rehabilitated in 2014, the pretty exterior facade in local stone testifies to the authenticity of the building. Inside, the contrast is striking with wide openings, modern decoration
    and refined and very complete equipment. Cottage accessible to people with reduced mobility. Farm visit possible.

    - Christmas Holiday Price: € 450 / week
    - Winter, Spring, All Saints Holidays price: 400 € / week
    - Out of school period, € 350 / week or possibility of renting per night € 50 per room subject to availability including weekends.

Tussen zee en land

Heerlijk. Fijn huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt. Alles is heel erg schoon en bedden slapen prima. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Allerlei leuke uitstapjes dicht in de buurt en de stranden zijn rustig en bij laag water heerlijk uitgestrekt.

le meilleur gite que nous ayons loué

Après presque 10 ans sans y être retournés le gite est toujours aussi beau et propre. Le logement est totalement adapté à notre famille et notre fils qui se déplace dans un gros fauteuil électrique. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et disponibles. nNous espérons pouvoir y retourner très bientôt !

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Hier kann man nichts verkehrt machen. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Kommunikation. Gastfreundlich. Diese Vermieter kümmern sich, das merkt man gleich. Abwicklung ohne Stress und Urlaubsstimmung stellt sich sofort ein. +Tolle Ausstattung und sauber +Gute Betten zum Wohlfühlen. + terr. Fernsehen in jedem Zimmer, aber keine deutschen Programme, und kein Internetfernsehen, dafür schnelles Wifi das man Laptop an den TV anschliessen könnte. +Waschmaschine/Trockner/Grill/tolle Küche +ruhige gute Lage auf einem Bauernhof, 4km zum Strand +sicherer Parkplatz +beste Bäckerei im Nachbarort +grosser Hof mit Spielplatz im Garten für die Kleinen +hier wird der Müll recycelt und zum Stromsparen ermuntert, sehr schön! Les propriétaires sont très agréable et à l'écoute pour vous satisfaire. Le logement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Pour une personne en fauteuil roulant les espaces sont suffisants. Pour la chambre qui peut recevoir la personne en fauteuil roulant l'idéal serait 2 lits séparés plutôt qu'un grand lit pour gagner encore plus d'espace. L'emplacement du lieu est idéal, proximité des plages, des commerces et sites à visiter. Très belle découverte

Accueil agréable, maison indépendante, moderne, confortable et opérationnelle

Séjour très court, en plus en hiver, mais malgré cela, nous avons bien pu apprécier cette escapade à la compagne tout en profitant du confort offert par cette jolie maison moderne. Situation bien pratique pour visiter pas mal d’endroits à 1h de route : Saint Malo, Cherbourg, ... À refaire à d’autres saisons avec plaisir.

Excellent, la location est parfaite, rien ne manque, une maison en parfaite état, accessible pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant, la maison est situé dans un village très calme, au sein d'une ferme avec la visite de la ferme et des propriétaires accueillants et charmants , une restauration faite avec beaucoup de soins, la maison est très spacieuse pour 6 personnes Bref ne surtout pas hésiter à venir dans cette location, c 'est parfait et exceptionnel. Le gite est parfait , clair propre où il ne manque rien , la literie est au top . Mr et Mme Lecordier sont discrets tout en étant à votre écoute , et surtout très accueillants ( on peut visiter la ferme ) .Location a recommander vivement ,en plus c'est aussi prévu pour les personnes à mobilité réduite .Très satisfaits de notre séjour malgré le temps maussade .

Un gîte grande classe tenu par des proprios à la fois très sympa et discret, proche des plages

Le gîte est vraiment très mignon dans la cours de la ferme mais clôturé pour se sentir chez soi. C'est tout neuf, super équipé (aspirateur mural, télés dans toutes les chambres, wifi gratuit , jeux de société, etc ...). L'accueil est très agréable (calva offert, lait de la ferme devant sa porte le matin, croissants livrés dans la cour le dimanche, etc...). Le village est à 2 ou 3 km de plusieurs grandes plages et surtout idéal pour visiter le cotentin du nord au sud. On a vu le Mont saint michel, les plages du débarquement, cherbourg et on est même descendu jusqu'à St Malo. Bref le séjour très cool. merci à Chantal et Daniel d'avoir rendu ça possible!

Quiet, clean and good location

A lovely, easy decorated house with all amenities, plenty of space with close proximity to shops, beaches and restaurants. Very modern and comfortable and even though we could not really talk (French - English) with each other, it was well documented and there was no need to converse. If I was in the area I would definitely stay again, as this is modern, clean and very well priced.
