Spacious modern apartment located in the Beeches Apartment complex 5 mins walk from Queenstown central, stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables from the balcony together with a high quality fit-out throughout. A modern holiday home that sleeps 12, perfect for families or groups. Have some space with two living areas. Brand new kitchen and bathrooms in 2022 all with cozy underfloor heating and a new gas fire in 2021. This apartment has the best views in the complex!

Luxury & Great Views!

A beautiful, spacious property with all the amenities you need. Up on the hill with a tiny hill to walk up, but that is how you get the incredible views. The fireplace was wonderful in the morning. Great water pressure!

A great spot for a holiday

Property was as advertised and owner was very obliging. A great view and being near the top of the hill meant a healthy walk back after dinner. Only improvement might be a coffee pod machine for the coffee desperates among us.

Great place to stay in Queenstown with a large group

Great stay for a large group. We celebrated our 12 th wedding anniversary with 10 of us. The place is well appointed, lots of room and the most stunning view. We didn’t need anything. 4 bedrooms with en suites was great too, with a toilet upstairs in the living area for convenience. Cooking facilities are marvelous and the Dining table was great for the 10 of us. We loved it all and also order the portable spa which was a wonderful treat! Only challenge is the 5th room that is made into a bedroom has a curtain for privacy so can be inconvenient for guests as it is at the bottom of the stairs and you go past it to access the other two bedrooms. Unless you are family the ‘shared bathroom’ of bedroom 4 is not really as it is the en suite and you have to go into the bedroom to access bathroom. So our guests had to go up to the top floor if they needed the bathroom at night. However if you are a family group then it will work much better. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

Beautiful home with amazing views.

We rented this property for a week for our children and partners and grand children. The home is three levels and has 4 bedrooms each with en-suite and a downstairs lounge that converts to 5th bedroom and also has its own small kitchen. The house was warm and plenty of room for all of us. Entry is to the middle floor with two bedrooms and drying room, downstairs from thier two more bedrooms, laundry and additional lounge/ 5th bedroom. Upstairs is the kitchen, toilet, and lounge dining area with balcony with BBQ. All the bathrooms have been renewed and are to a high standard, very nice. The view is fantastic and we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect location, close to town . This apartment was perfect for our girls weekend away. We had 8 us, all with our own bed. The lounge/kitchen area is on the top floor with the most amazing views. I like how all bedrooms were separated from the living area (2 stories below). Will definitely be back!

The property is exactly what it says it is.

The property is exactly what it says it is. Our family enjoyed really our stay - the bonus was that it's so close to town (the walk back up gave us a bit of exercise!) that we could all do our own thing without being stuck. It was also great that we didn't need to bring extras like towels etc which made the load lighter.
