An excellent apartment block with fabulous views over the lake. The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. We recommend this for anyone wanting to stay in Queenstown.

Hotel is 10 mins drive to town center and shopping area. Also 10 mins drive to warehouse outlets. Room is somewhat small and dated. Noise from neighbor unit can be heard. Allocated parking lot in the basement. Washing machine and dryer are available. Tip: pay for rooms with a view. Ground floor units have no privacy.

Treats (milk, fruit, yogurt, bread, fruit & coffee left in for use was a very nice touch & helped us save $ eating out. Convenient washer & dryer outside our door VERY helpful! The rooms are tight for space (inside unit), so we just brought in minimal big luggage.

Very dated property which was unclean & did not deserve its rating. Impolite staff who were unhelpful. Warning if you book a 1 bed apartment you will be sharing the entrance, utility & door with another person which is not advised on the website.

The fan in the bathroom was super loud, and the shower head appears to be a sink one instead. The bathroom sink’s plug was half broken so water wouldn’t drain away fast enough. Carpets were old and had weird stains. The slippers provided looked like it had been worn, as the soles of it wasn’t white as you would have expect it to be and smelt like some cleaning chemical was just sprayed on it.

Easy and simple check in, the unit had beautiful panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Only 10min walk to the CBD or you could catch a bus in from the bus stop across the road. Excellent stay!

Best hotel for this south island trip. Close to town with a full kitchen and unbeatable view. Staff is very responsive and friendly. Just be aware that there is no elevate and stairs only from parking lot to the room.

Our bedroom (king bed) with bath was adequate for our 4 night stay. The apartment complex is a 10 minute walk from downtown and was quite convenient. We appreciated the fruit/yogurt/bread/orange juice provided in the refrig. My only negative comment was the soiled carpet. It really needed a steam clean. This is a very quiet, nicely sited place to stay.

Ineffective air conditioning. Fuse blew when making toast at 0600. No fuse box seen, no torch, no help as reception closed until 0800 when I rang for assistance. Extremely difficult to use a windowless bathroom and go pack for a tramp to leave by 0630. Any compensation please?

Far and away the best property we stayed in during our 3 week trip to New Zealand. The appartment has absolutely everything you could need including laundry facilities and a great coffee machine. Had a decent stay. However, some small and minor things could have been better, such as We stayed for a whole week (7 days) and every day our room was serviced but we didn't receive new towels. The cleaners could have been a little more thorough each time - instead of leaving the cups in the sink/ drying on the outside of the sink and the bed made properly. Oh and the aircon was leaking - but that was ok. Otherwise, location is very close to town and airport.

Rooms were nice although a little worn. Everything was clean. Internet was down the first couple of days which was annoying. It’s a beautiful location overlooking the lake but it does take about 20 minutes to walk into Queenstown, which we did most of the time since parking in town is difficult. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Despite these areas for improvement, the accommodation's advantageous location and generous room size offer promising potential. Addressing these concerns would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience, complementing its already appealing features.
