Kitchen and Living Space:

The spectacular kitchen features modern appliances, while the thoughtfully configured living and dining spaces provide the perfect place to soak up the breathtaking views. Materials, fittings and décor are sublime and perfectly complement the underlying style of the home, with the property's inherent warmth enhanced by the heat pump.

This property is spread across 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, living and dining areas as well as the laundry, one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. The two remaining bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. There is a flight of stairs connecting the two levels.

Outdoor Space and Location:

Kick back, relax and have a platter with a glass of your favourite local wine outside on the sun-soaked deck! It really is the perfect spot to unwind with family and friends. Off-street and on-street parking are also added bonuses.

Its proximity to the vibrant centre of Queenstown means this property is in an incredibly sought-after location. Golf courses, lakes and some of the world's best ski slopes are all just a stone's throw away, while a host of convenient amenities, including supermarkets, pharmacies and shops, are all within a 10-minute drive each way.

The Neighborhood:
Queenstown Hill is a gorgeous part of the city with spectacular views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. It is a peaceful part of town, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but it is still within easy access to the heart of the city.

Getting Around:
A ski shuttle bus stop is just a 5-minute walk downhill, offering easy access to the slopes during the winter season. For those arriving by air, Queenstown Airport is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Public transportation options below on the main road Frankton Road. Free on-street and off-street parking is provided for your convenience. The central Queenstown area is also about a 10-minute drive away.

Other Things to Note:
This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am.

As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am.

The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm – 7 am.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.
