You have one large studio room with a queen bed, TV, a small fridge and a microwave. It also has a large bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The studio apartment is at ground level to the left of the garage. It is situated below the main residence, entirely self-contained, with a separate entrance.

The Neighborhood:
This is an established quiet neighbourhood situated in close walking distance to the Queenstown township. It is also very conveniently located in close proximity to a supermarket and Raywood Fresh and Cafes.

Getting Around:
This Studio Apartment is very centrally and conveniently located. It is only 20 minutes drive to the Coronet Ski Field carpark. The Queenstown township is a 10-minute walk, with no parking issues. Buses regularly travel down nearby George Road. The airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away.

Other Things to Note:
From this location, you can easily walk to the Queenstown Gondolas to visit the Skyline restaurant and lounge, lakefront activities, shopping, and restaurants, all within easy walking distance.
