Also, conveniently located near the skyline gondola & king pin. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the essentials you will need for a great home away from home stay!

Spread over two well-designed levels, this home offers plenty of space for everyone to relax while enjoying easy access to Queenstown’s vibrant town centre.

The upper level hosts a light-filled, open-plan living and dining area, complete with a cosy gas fireplace — perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or enjoying a movie night after a day exploring Queenstown. The stylish, fully equipped kitchen is also located upstairs, offering everything you need for preparing meals, with modern appliances, a Nespresso pod coffee machine, and complimentary essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and eco-friendly cleaning products.

Also upstairs is the spacious master bedroom, offering a peaceful retreat with a beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom. From the master bedroom, step out onto your own private west-facing balcony — the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy sunset views over the surrounding hills and Lake Wakatipu.

The lower level features two generously sized bedrooms, each fitted with quality linens and plenty of wardrobe space. These bedrooms share a modern, fully tiled family bathroom — providing a practical and private layout ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends.

Additional features include full laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board), and a private, secure garage with internal access — perfect for safely storing ski gear, bikes, or hiking equipment year-round.

We prep the property before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the property will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you.

The home sleeps 6 guests as standard but we can also set up (upon request) a porta cot for infant & toddlers.

Just brilliant!

This house was perfect for us (three siblings travelling together who wanted their own space). The house was spotlessly clean, the facilities just perfect (e.g., a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) and the living area super comfortable. We parked our hire car off the street in the driveway in front of the house and were able to walk the few minutes to various attractions including the gondola, the wharf (for various trips and tours) and into the city itself for restaurants, a stroll around the gardens etc. Perfect location and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
