It’s good view and nice apartment. Don’t expect any house keeping service. If you have no expectations of fresh towel and amenities set everyday; or dish washing service then you are fine.

Beautiful property but due to construction, parking was inconvenient and messy. Last issue was bed, very old with no mattress topper,had dips where guests have slept. Needs replacing to match with Beautiful decor of rooms

The view of the lake was beautiful… Not having a restaurant, or even a place to buy some snacks was terrible… The hotel is having a new area built with more units… But some arrangements should be made for food… For such a quality hotel… Even smaller, lower, rated hotels, have some type of snack bar… Very poor decision by management to not have anything

Good, not great.
Goods: New, very clean, good staff, restricted but good view, every day cleaning. Bads: Not so convenient for those who want to walk to the streets. The block 2 is all new construction but the rooms were not sound proof. The family next to our room was extremely loud. Their kids were playing and screaming throughout the day until midnight. The two separate units had a common door in between that was locked. And the neighbour's kids would try to open the door every now and then. Why would newly constructed units would have a common door in the first place? It's overpriced

Brand new. Large spacious unit with full kitchen and washer and dryer. Perfect location with a nice 5 km trail along the lake that connects to downtown Queenstown.

It is a difficult assessment - this should be and I am sure that in 2025 it will be a great facility. For our stay the rooms are very nice, new fittings and bathrooms, however with no air conditioning. Our first room on ground level had a door we could open but we didn’t feel safe leaving it open to anyone who may come in while we slept, the second room didn’t have a door only a couple of small windows that only opened to 10 degrees with insufficient air flow to cool the room. The third room had a door and balcony and we were finally comfortable sleeping. We had expected a bar and restaurant both of which were closed for renovation. There was nowhere we could charge an electric car. The staff were great and did all they could to ensure we were cared for. I will ask if the renovations are complete before staying again.

Avoid this hotel if you want a relaxing stay.
A very disappointing and frustrating stay. Dishwasher not working, housekeeping does not do a good job. Room is still dirty. Bedroom lights keep switching on and off on our 4th day while I am trying to put a baby to sleep. Had to get pack up and transfer to a different room with a sleeping baby. Phone not working in new room. Despite reporting all of this no action from staff. Poor communication and staff. Construction everywhere. Dust and odour from construction as you walk to the room.

Unfortunately I do know that you really had a lot of issues during your stay in Room 503 where we had several problems at that time with the dishwasher and also the software which controls that room lights and temperature as you've mentioned. We're deeply sorry for all the inconvenience that it caused to you.From front office we did try our best to move you to another room since we understood your feelings and the bad experience you were having and we wanted to fix your situation, but unfortunately phone did not work properly in 501 at that time. Rest assured that maintenance went to your room several times in order to fix it. They have contacted our tech support but they couldn't find an easy/quick solution for that problem. We did try to do our best to fix it during your stay and we do apologize for everything.We're really sorry that your experience with us was not up to the standards we usually meet due to these technical failures. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in ' I wish I could give them zero. Specially for their customer service. When we booked in, there wasn't anything on the website regarding construction that is happening at the hotel which blocks the lake view. So you will not have the view that it is advertised on the website, expedia, or other booking web. Also instead of relaxing you have to put up with constrution noise. There is nothing like house keeping. You step in the room around 5pm and you don't even have clean towel to take shower. When I called the reception , she said you have to come up to reception and pick up the towels. After we got back to the room around 8: 00PM, house keeper only made the bed, rubbish and dirty towels on the floor. Not even emptying bin. Launges and furnitures are so dirty snd old. They keep saying to everyone that our house keepers are busy. Not good enough when you charge almost $800 for two nights Read less

Really disappointing accommodation. Check-in was delayed by 3.5hrs with no communication at check-in, until we asked. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was food under the couches, on the kitchen floor and there were crumbs all over the couches. On day two there was no hot water, and during our stay they ran out of towels.

Overall good enough however the bathroom area was quite small with limited space for toiletries for 2 people. Also no sink or microwave in the room and we were disappointed that they failed to supply us with fresh towels after our first night there.

Booked a room for 4 nights, when checking in I got told that we had but upgraded for the first night but had to check out at 10am the next day and recheck in after 2pm to another room - they seem to not be able to take a booking from a third party. Additionally, they have construction going on where power tools start at 7:30am, so you’re unable to sleep in past that time

The suite was very spacious, with amazing views. The only downside and depends on where the suite or room is. I.e 1004b s the road is very noisy. Trying to find a parking spot was a challenge. Staff are friendly, it’s a nice 30 min walk to the centre of Queenstown.

Very disappointing we had to keep asking for room to be cleaned. We where staying for 8 nights and room was only cleaned once.

Freshly renovated, great facilities, shuttle service into town. Some renovations happening at the moment that didn’t really affect us. Will be back again.
