Dear guest,I truly apologize for the issues you had during your stay. Unfortunately I do know that you really had a lot of issues during your stay in Room 503 where we had several problems at that time with the dishwasher and also the software which controls that room lights and temperature as you've mentioned. We're deeply sorry for all the inconvenience that it caused to you.From front office we did try our best to move you to another room since we understood your feelings and the bad experience you were having and we wanted to fix your situation, but unfortunately phone did not work properly in 501 at that time. Rest assured that maintenance went to your room several times in order to fix it. They have contacted our tech support but they couldn't find an easy/quick solution for that problem. We did try to do our best to fix it during your stay and we do apologize for everything.We're really sorry that your experience with us was not up to the standards we usually meet due to these technical failures.
