Welcome to Kowhai Villa, a luxury modern two-bedroom retreat in the heart of Five Mile, Frankton, Queenstown. Wake up to stunning mountain views and enjoy the convenience of being just a two-minute stroll from vibrant bars, restaurants, and the Five Mile shopping centre. You’re only a five-minute drive from Queenstown International Airport, with easy access along Frankton Road to the CBD in just 15 minutes. Comfort, style, and location, all in one perfect package!

Kowhai Villa is a stylish two-bedroom, one-bathroom home featuring a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, netflix, highspeed wifi, and free allocated parking The open-plan kitchen and living area are on the ground floor, while the two double bedrooms and main bathroom occupy the upper level.

Each villa has one bathroom located on the top floor. Well stocked with towels and Ashley & Co products.

The villa is multi-level and not recommended for guests who have difficulty navigating stairs.
Each villa has a small private backyard and free communal drying rooms situated within the villa complex ideal for the ski season.

We had a great stay at the Kowhai villa and the property was in excellent condition. The location is perfect, being close to the airport and with all the amenities a short walk away. We had the bonus of visiting the amazing Remarkables Market as we got a Saturday during our stay Our host Holly was always available for any help we needed and I highly recommend this place for families visiting Queenstown.
